·主要結(jié)構(gòu)：主機(jī)，爐子、接料車、石墨槽、洗模室、葫蘆吊和控制系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)、澆注系統(tǒng)、氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)組成。

·控制系統(tǒng)采用西門子PLC控制，機(jī)械手橫移采用伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)，速度快、性能穩(wěn)定、控制精度高。

·爐子容量18T,熔化率350KGH，無級(jí)調(diào)功調(diào)壓，各感應(yīng)體線圈、水套冷卻水有流量、水壓檢測(cè)。

·接料車：具有前后、上下、翻轉(zhuǎn)功能，能直接將產(chǎn)品送到儲(chǔ)物周轉(zhuǎn)車。

·洗模室：模具氧化物多時(shí)可自動(dòng)將模具移至洗模倉內(nèi)清理。

·電動(dòng)葫蘆：有效起吊500KG，主要用于清爐時(shí)爐蓋起吊。

·石墨槽：有恒溫、石墨攪拌功能。

·液壓系統(tǒng)采用國際知名品牌組合，主要有SUN、REXROTH、YUKEN等，性能穩(wěn)定,抗污性強(qiáng)，適合水性液壓油運(yùn)行的專用元件。

·爐子澆注系統(tǒng)：采用NORGREN、FESTO等品牌氣動(dòng)元件組成，壓力比例控制，并雙安全閥保護(hù)，確保澆注品質(zhì)和安全。

·由中文顯示觸控面板設(shè)定各項(xiàng)功能及參數(shù)，操作容易井具有故障碼顯示功能便于檢修。

·Applicaion: Casting of copperlly & zinc lloy products.

·Main structure: The main engine is composed of furnace, feeder machine, graphite cuvette, mold washing  chamber, chain block and control system, hydraulic system, casting system and pneumatic system.

·Control system adopts Siemens PLC contoller, mechanical hand sideway adopts servo driver, and is fast,stable in performance and highly -accurate in control.

·Fumace capecity 18T, melting rate 350kg/h, jacket- cooling water and press re testing availble for nonpoler power and pressure adjusting, every inductor coil.

·Feeder machine: Front and back, up and down swinging function available, be able to send the products to the storing cart

·Mould washing chamber: The mould can be automatic sent to the mould washing chamber for cleaning in case of too much oxide on the mould.

·Electric chain block: Effective lifing 500kg, mainly used for the furmace ifig while fumace cleaning.

·Graphite cuvette: Constant temperature and graphite mixing function available.

·Hydrau dic system adopts the intermational femous brand composition SL JN, REXROTH, YUKEN and so on,with stable performance, strong pollution resistance, suitable for the special water-based hydralic ail operation components

·Furnace casting system: Adopts the brand pneumatic components like NORGREN,FESTO, proportion pressure control, and the protection of dou ible safety valves, ensures the casting qulty and the safety.
